Emmy award-winning dancer and choreographer Derek Hough is getting his own shoe. Hough, who has won the hit TV series “Dancing with the Stars” a record-breaking six times, naturally looked to the world of dance for his foray into shoes. Launching on Thursday, Hough will introduce two exclusive dance sneaker styles with Miami-based dance and lifestyle footwear brand Fuego. Included in the release is the Derek Hough x Fuego Low-Top Dance Sneaker. The footwear company describes the style as a “sleek and stylish sneaker that fuses dancewear and streetwear, offering superior comfort and versatility without sacrificing performance.” Next is the Derek Hough x Fuego Split-Sole Dance Sneaker, which is a technical, high-performance shoe designed for dancers “who require maximum flexibility and control on the dance floor.” According to Hough, he was “super hands-on” throughout the design process.
