Update: Nov. 4, 2024 at 12:40 p.m. ET: Kobe Bryant’s sixth signature sneaker is arguably one of the most popular shoes of the late NBA legend’s long-running Nike line, and there are new looks coming in 2025 for fans to get excited over. The Nike Kobe 6 Protro’s ’25 lineup is highlighted by this “All-Star 2.0” style which combines “Sail/Black/Light Bone/White/Platinum Violet” for a crisp off-white look. More than just a new colorway, the “All-Star 2.0” version of the Kobe 6 Protro redesigns the entire upper. On the lateral side, the majority of the shoe’s TPU snake scales — which add function by providing support — have been reshaped as stars in various sizes. The majority of the shoe is colored in a creamy sail, with contrast provided by a black Swoosh logo and a faint purple liner. The original “All-Star” Nike Kobe 6 was released in February 2011 and worn by Bryant during that year’s NBA All-Star Game.
