Olivia Rodrigo Straps into Rebellious R13 Boots for ‘Get Him Back!’ Music Video

Olivia Rodrigo returned to her grunge era this week, thanks to her latest music video. Following this month’s release of her hit second album, “Guts,” Rodrigo has now shared the music video for one of its new songs, “Get Him Back!” In the clip, which finds the musician and a team of doppelgängers avoiding flying knives, kitchenware and more before vandalizing cars parked in an abandoned street. For the video, which can now be seen on YouTube, stylist Jared Ellner dressed the singer in a pair of faded, distressed black leather R13 combat boots with rounded toes and calf-high shafts. The pre-worn-appearing shoes — the brand’s Double Stack style, which retail on its website for $1,395 — featured thick 2-inch stacked black soles with a ridged base, creating a height-boosting finish. Thin laces cinched the pair’s front for a classic combat finish, while R13’s signature orange stitched trim gave the set a dash of punk flair.
