Halsey Goes Grunge-Glam in Mesh Dress and High Cutout Boots at ‘Sing 2’ Premiere

Halsey made a case for high-fashion grunge at the “Sing 2” premiere in LA last night. The white underdress was layered with a sheer black mesh dress on top. The translucent material was attached to the neckline and then draped down to the floor with a long slit at the side. She slipped into a pair of below-the-knee high boots with cutouts running up the front side. The zip-up patent leather shoes also featured a thick platform outsole which gave her some extra height.
