While celebrities have regular opportunity to dress up for the red carpet, Halloween gives them an opportunity to be more adventurous with their looks — or to go for a pop-culture reference with their costumes. This year’s Halloween was such a treat considering some holiday festivities were canceled due to COVID-19 concerns in 2020. Here, some of the best costumes from 2021 and more through the years.
